Liposuction

Fat returns after liposuction within 1 year in almost 90% of patients. (With a fat transfer less fat returns as less was actually removed.) One third of the time the fat returns in the same site it was removed from, 1/3 of the time in a new unwanted site and 1/3 of the time to the breasts or butt where it is often desired. It is necessary to make a change after liposuction to prevent this. You can say you will eat less or exercise more but practically that rarely happens. A more reliable way is to change your metabolism to that of the healthiest person in their twenties and stay that way for the rest of your life. This way exercising more comes easy as it is no longer so difficult and you actually see results. Eating healthier is also easier when you feel better about how great you now look and feel. With this combination my patients often get even leaner after their liposuction and stay that way.
