This test is only necessary if your
hormones are not yet optimized. Repeat of the last few hormones that had dosages changed, your cholesterol, liver and metabolic
panels and PSA for men to make certain you health is now optimal.
5th
visit: (1 week after 4th blood test)
All blood
tests are reviewed, and hormonal levels and symptoms. If everything is perfect then refills for 100 more days of hormones
are faxed to the pharmacy. With 1 more refill authorized.
Future
blood tests: Bi-Annually for first year then annually covered by medical insurance. Blood tests that are recommended annually
to include complete hormonal, metabolic and liver panels, blood counts and PSA for men.
Annual visits: (1 week after annual blood tests) physicians fee $600
All blood tests are reviewed, as are hormonal levels and symptoms. If everything is perfect
then refills for 100 more days of hormones are faxed to the pharmacy. With 2 more refills authorized. If a hormone level is
suboptimal then that hormone dosage is changed and that hormone level rechecked in 1 month.
